OOPS! Looks like the last two page URLS are too long to
work direct from the email you received drawing your
attention to my earlier post. It works if you copy and
paste them into your browser or just follow the main page:
https://www.themagnetoguys.co.uk/
click on 'Workshop' in the header bar and then select the
required page from the pull down menu.

......The Scintilla looks like it uses a fairly simple
wound coil, so anyone with a coil winding lathe should be
able to produce one - 'all' it takes is a steady hand and
a mile or so of fine wire.......

Rohan!!!!
Yes 'anyone' can wind a coil but will it work afterwards?
It is a bit more involved than what your post suggests
though I accept that you were probably writing it 'tongue
in cheek'!! If anyone is interested enough to want to have
a go, this might be helpful:
https://www.themagnetoguys.co.uk/Rewinding-Magneto-Coils
https://www.themagnetoguys.co.uk/rewinding-magneto-coils--
-materials
And once you've done the winding, you then need to do the
vacuum impregnation process

impregnation

Good luck!
