bought this 25 deluxe motor that had already been hacked by the easy fixer guys.the worst part was cutting it apart -made my heart skip. i set up a jig to go through the mains and trans shaft. it was initially out by 3/8"! when i was finished it is within .005" .next step after the finish texturing of what i welded is regrinding the crank to fit my new made in shop alloy rods using no bearings..pistons and cylinders are done with new pistons and valves from a different application (thinner ring pack) reduces the heating problems associated with these.
