Hold the carb body in a vise. Put your hacksaw blade through the carb and attach to your hacksaw frame. Carefully cut through the venturi in one or maybe 2 places. The venturi will fold in and is easy to remove. ----- ORIGINAL MESSAGE FOLLOWS ----- Anyone have any advice on replacing the old venture on a Zenith T4x ? I was thinking using an end mill on a Bridgeport but wasn't sure if the carb housing is too delicate ? As always, thanks Dan |
