The common methods of removing REALLY stuck valves are to
heat around the valve guide area with a flame, even up to smoking hot, and see if any movement can be made. Maybe in conjunction with drilling the head off the valve, so the stem can be pushed out backwards.
Don't do anything violent or rough, or damage may result.
Its a matter of working on it until it comes free.
And ensuring everything is clean enough to fit through the guide.
