Happy new year Dave I have just finished building my friends ACE engine and am now rebuilding a 1928 delux engine which was in very poor condition. The ACE broke the crank bent no 4 rod shearing off a small section of aluminium which I had repaired must say it looks perfect and strong drop me a line or call on 07973445357 if you need help or advice with the cases. Been speaking to Ken quite a bit he is always good for information.

ride out in the new year how about Epsom to Brighton weather depending

I have all the parts to build up a second engine for my Henderson Deluxe 1924. However, the crankcase is not in good condition. At some time , I believe in 1936, a luggage strap got caught in the chain, and cracked the crankcase right through the final drive. It was welded up before the war, (WW2 !!), and since then I notice its been welded that looks like a conrod breakage repair.
So, I wonder is anyone out there making new cases ?, or do you have a good set of cases for sale ?
If anyone is interested in a swap, I have an original Henderson sidecar chassis to trade.
Dave from the UK.
