Thanks Steve. Are the fins really as funky as they appear in the photo? I wonder if there are any more out there? Dave P.S. Good luck getting that broken tap out. ----- ORIGINAL MESSAGE FOLLOWS ----- I have a set of 4 of these cylinders, the other 3 are not drilled or tapped, looks like someone started to drill and tap this one though. Steve ----- ORIGINAL MESSAGE FOLLOWS ----- Early 1929 KJ exhaust systems were attached to the cylinders by "set-screws" in the cylinders rather than by the "big nuts" on the pipes of later-1929, 1930 and 1931. But I've never seen one. Does anyone have a bike with set-screw exhaust? Or cylinders with the tapped holes for same? Dave |
