The last time I visited the Golden Age Air Museum, lcoated north of Reading, PA off I-78, they had a number of Henderson engines laying about, some already cut off for aircraft use. Perhaps they would be a source of some complete engines. www.goldenageair.org/

There is also one at the New England Air Museum, where my
Deluxe is. It's hanging from the ceiling. There is also a
couple of other Henderson plane engines there. One is on a
test stand that was used by Sakorski for testing his rotor
blades during the infancy of helicopter development in the
30's.
