I had 20-30 at idle and 40plus on the road. I'm developing a completely new oil pump (new gears & castings). It looks just like the original on the outside but the inside is greatly changed. ----- ORIGINAL MESSAGE FOLLOWS ----- Hi Russell What kind of oil pressure readings were you getting at speed and at idle under those conditions ? .. Ed ----- ORIGINAL MESSAGE FOLLOWS ----- One of the benefits of living in the old south is the dog day afternoon temps. It got to 108.3 degrees this afternoon (weather channel) so I wondered how my KJ would behave in this weather. I rode almost 1/2 hour in what felt like a blast furnace. I did not have any problems but I bet Mr. cylinder #4 was hot as h&(!. |
