Dave, Great piece of tooling. Its the Rods that get you on C-Ball if you are going to have a failure. We both have a fix for that though. The Humming Bird(15 long tank) will at Oley. With real cannonball crud all over her. Want to help change a Mag ? See you there. Mark ----- ORIGINAL MESSAGE FOLLOWS ----- Thanks, Jim! I like doing things this way. Carl was really a clever guy. He did a lot of stuff like this. Grant it, all my fixtures (and I have quite a few) will only work for Hendersons 1920 and up but the beauty of it is: I could do most of the critical machining in the back of a Volks van on the side of the road! Someone mention Cannonball? ----- ORIGINAL MESSAGE FOLLOWS ----- Dave, Carl would be proud, carry on smartly 8-) Jim ----- ORIGINAL MESSAGE FOLLOWS ----- Line boring a Brooklyn Deluxe! Who knows how long its been for this one! |
