As a mechanical engineer I tend to like to boast of my fellow degree buddies. This is one of those times. It would have been easier to use bearing bronze for the multiple thrust bearings in the Hendersons. Instead they used expensive roller thrust bearings. This thoughtfulness makes it possible for you to leave your 4 cylinder in gear indefinately while running with the clutch LOCKED DOWN with no ill effects. That feature was liked by the cops who hide waiting for speeders. All they had to do was leave the bikes running dump the throttle and snap loose the clutch to catch their prey.
I love my ratchet clutch and you to will learn to like yours.

I don't know if I really need this part, but mine is missing, so here goes the call.
I'm looking for the clutch pedal ratchet. Part # KJ-5505.
If anybody has one to spare, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks,
Marty
