I am working on a '28 Deluxe with the KJ type leading link forks. I have seen headlight mounts from both the earlier type deluxe (curved forks) and the later (KJ type forks) on some '28 Deluxe (leading link forks) restorations. Which are the correct brackets for the '28? When I look at my front end it looks like the earlier ones would come in contact with the upper spring saddles.I have neither so I might as well make the right ones! Any help would be appreciated.
