Hi Russell,

I dont think Tom ever went through with that project. Bill Miller has great frames, I have friend who purchased one at Rhinebeck and it was sweet. I would like to find the kickapoo molds and have them tweeked a little. People want to ride this stuff what the heck is the point in having it if you cant ride it. I dont think anyone would mind the new parts on thier bike, you should see some of the stuff I am asked to fix. The Big problem with indian fours right now is heads there is a shortage of 38-42 heads I am told they have been made but they are for private collections I really am thinking of having them made.

Best,

Mark

Mr. Hill, the bike looks good, more new engines would be nice too. Five or six years ago I bought some nice new seat hardware from Tom Fickau (sorry about the name mispelling). He specifically told me he was in the process of reproducing the 1938 to 1942 Indian 4 engine cases, his contribution to the effort. I'm sure they look as good as the seat components he makes and with the passing of the 5 or 6 years I would bet he has the cases finished and engines running.
I would like to know what Tom gets for engine cases because putting them in a new Miller frame would make a nice bike. I think the time is quickly arriving that will make new Indian 4 bikes acceptable.
