I was at the bike show at the Toronto International Centre a few weeks ago. There was a demonstration guy there that was peddling "The Last Glue". Priding myself on never falling for one of those gimmicks, I pretended not to be interested until the guy took a piece of regular black 1/4" "O" ring, cut it with a razor, dabbed a very small bit of his glue on only one end and slid them together. He handed the ring to me and asked me to pull. I am not a small guy. I was unable to break the thing no matter how hard I pulled. My fingures were actually sore later. I bought the glue intending to make my own belt for my '28. I have not actually used it yet. www.thelastglue.com ----- ORIGINAL MESSAGE FOLLOWS ----- Gentlemen, What does other Henderson owners do to get the proper belt for running the generator, I think the original part no. is K-406. This was original "with no end" in leather? I was thinking of getting hold of a O-ring as it is not really visible, anyone know what is the recomended size? Any inputs would be truly appreachiated.
